SELLER REGULATIONS
Applicable subjects:
- Sellers who have a store in the SenPrints system.
- Sellers who use SenPrints payment gateway.
Sellers are required to follow the platform's guidelines regarding spelling, grammar, and template design. Otherwise, the seller will charge a 100% refund or reprint fee in the following cases:
- Template with design errors
- Design for spelling errors
- Incorrect location design to make the product look different from the description
- Seller to Title 1 type, Design 1 type is not related to Title
- Low design quality (DPI) can lead to product blurring
- Designed to exceed the specified SenPrints printing area
- Design with smoke, glitter, and bling effects,... make the printed product different from the real mockup.
* Note:
For design-related issues, if a Seller does not respond to the information within 24 hours, the campaign with an incorrect design will be marked as inactive, and the Seller's account will be flagged. While the Seller's account will still be able to make sales, they will not be able to withdraw funds. The account will be unflagged once the Seller confirms the information with the Sale Support team and updates the design.
